The Super Bowl is the most popular televised sporting event watched. It is usually played on the last Sunday in January or the first Sunday in February. It is such a big deal because the two best teams in the NFL play each other in a winner takes all.

The Super Bowl isn’t just for football fans either. A lot of people watch it for the funny commercials they televise every year. It is also a great time for friends and family to get together and enjoy the game and be with each other.

There is many predictions on this years Super Bowl teams, and fans are ready to present them now.

“I believe the finalists would be the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles because the Chiefs have an unstoppable defense along with a good coach and offense,” said physical education teacher Mr. Gregg Silvesti. “The Eagles are playing good defense and have a fast moving offense. It’s going to be an interesting game with two teams that were coached by Andy Reid.”

For local fans, this can be a win-win situation for the city of Brotherly Love because Andy Reid has been favored as a coach with a lot of success.

“I’m going to have to go with the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos,” said athletic director Mrs. Marni parks. “Both teams are unstoppable at home and have some of the most talented guys on each team. Seattle has such a good defense with young talented players that play all out. The Denver Broncos cannot be left out because as long as they have Peyton Manning they can beat any team in the league.”

Parks’ prediction may prove true.  These two teams have the two best records and will be a hot ticket to go see these teams battle it out.

Mr. Eric Shulman, a softball coach and history teacher, also thinks the Broncos will make it, but not against the Seahawks.

“My final predictions come down to the 49ers and the Denver Broncos. The 49ers were in it last year and perform well in the playoffs and don’t fall under pressure. The Broncos on the other hand have Peyton Manning and a very good offense,” he said.

In my view, this another great prediction because 49ers have an overall great team, but cannot sit back against the great Denver Broncos.

Whatever prediction turns out it will be a hot game and a game to remember. There is a lot of talent this year and anything can happen.
