2024 NHL All-Star Game

The 2024 NHL All Star game is hosted in Toronto by the Maple Leaf’s at Scotiabank Arena.

Eastern Conference

 

Western Conference

There are 4 squads that are composed of 11 players, 9 stakes and 2 goalies. The games are played in two 10 minute periods and are played with a 3 on 3 format. Overtime if needed will be played as a 3 round shot out and more rounds added if needed. There is a team captain along with a celebrity captain. The first game was Team MacKinnon vs. Team McDavid followed by Team Matthews vs Team Hughes.

The winner of game one was Team McDavid the score was 3-4 the game ended in overtime due to a game scored with 6 seconds left. David Pastrnak scored the final goal of the shootout. Team Matthews vs Team Hughes also ended in an over time with a score of 5-6. The game went to 4 rounds of overtime with Alex Debrincat making the winning shot and Igor Shesterkin making the winning save for Team Matthews to make it to the finals.

The final game was Team McDavid vs. Team Matthews, the ending score was 4-7. For Team McDavid Draisaitl 1 goal and 2 assist, Pastrnak 1 goal and 1 assist, Hertl 1 goal, Jenne 1 goal and McDavid 1 assist. Bobrovsky 3 goals against, 13 shots against, 10 saves with a .769% save percentage. Hellebuyck 3 goals against, 10 shots against, 7 saves with a .700 save percentage. For Team Matthews, Barzal 1 goal 2 assist, DeBrincat 1 goal 2 assist, Keller 1 goal 2 assist, Mathews 2 goals 1 assist, Forsberg 1 goal 1 assist, Marner 1 goal, Nylander 1 assist, Rielly 1 assist, Trocheck 1 assist, Shesterkin 3 goals against 10 shots against 7 saves with a .700 save percentge and Oettinger 1 goal against 7 shots against 8 saves with a .889 save percentage. Everyone on Team Matthews had a point besides the goalies. Team Matthews won the final game in which the NHL gave each player on the winning team a million dollars
