Is Steph Curry the Greatest Shooter Ever?

Lately in the NBA, the entire league has been taken by surprise after Curry’s performances. Everyone knows he’s arguably one of the greatest shooters to ever play the game, but the way he’s been playing recently makes a strong case of him being THE greatest shooter ever. Curry is in MVP mode this season after losing Klay Thompson, the second best player in the team. The Warriors are absolutely terrible when Steph Curry isn’t on the court, but when he’s on the court, the team plays better as a whole.
People wonder if Curry is the best shooter of all-time or if it’s Ray Allen. In my opinion, it’s Curry by a mile. This season, Curry is averaging 31.3 PPG with a 48.9 FG percentage. Curry just broke the record for the most 3-pointers made in a single calendar month with 83. Curry has made 2,768 three-pointers in his career, making him second in that category behind Ray Allen. Ray Allen has made 2,973 threes. This stat is the only reason it’s still a debate as to who the best shooter of all-time is. The way Curry is playing right now, it should be no question as to who’s better. Curry will go down as one of the most influential players to ever play the game of basketball.
