Mr. Jeff Dey graduated from Absegami High School in 1997. After, he told me he attended four different colleges, but he told me he graduated from Rowan University in 2003. Mr. Dey has been teaching here at Hammonton for four years, he teaches general US History ll,and general chemistry. I recently had the chance to sit down with him, and learn more about him.

I teach because… I enjoy helping students.

Outside of school I enjoy…  Surfing and snowboarding.

My dream car is… A 1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.

If I had to break a world record in anything it would be… In the 800m run.

The one thing I hate about teaching is…. student drivers.

My biggest pet peeve is… loud chewers. They’re the worst.

My favorite super hero is…..Superman because he does everything he could possibly do for the average person.

The weirdest job I had was… selling brochures on the streets for a restaurant.

The biggest mistake I made was… selling my 1972 Monte Carlo.

The one thing the students don’t know about me is… I wanted be Amish as a kid, you know, live the simple life.
