Euphoria

“Euphoria” follows the troubled life of Rue, a 17-year-old drug addict fresh out of rehab with no intention of remaining clean. Jules, a transgender girl looking for her place; Nate, a jock whose rage issues mask sexual fears and anxieties; Chris, a football star who finds the transition from high school to university more difficult than expected; Cassie, whose dating habits continues to haunt her; and Kat, a body-conscious teen exploring her sexuality, are all in Rue’s circle. The series confronts the teenage environment of substance-enhanced parties and anxiety-ridden day-to-day life with compassion and candor as the schoolmates attempt to make sense of their livelihoods.
