Trump hats are often associated with extreme radicals who support Trump with starry eyes and and rude attitudes. However, is this really the entirety of the story? Does “Make America Great Again” only mean to fully and unconditionally support Trump and hate anyone who doesn’t?

Or can it mean more things, not even concerning Trump at all? One student, Nikki McNally, says the phrase, “Make America Great Again” makes her think of US economy and industries, and making them successful.

Even people who wear the hats because of Trump, does it necessarily mean that they agree with everything he does? Or could it mean that they support him, but are still moderate with their political opinions?
