Background: Mr Amendolia graduated from Hammonton High School in 2014 and went on the gain a Master’s in English education at Rutgers University in 2019. He worked in Audubon Junior Senior High School from 2020-2021 teaching 7th, 10th, and 11th graders before moving to Berlin Borough Community School to teach 8th grade English from 2021-2023 and finally settled at Hammonton High School.
Why were you inspired to go into education?
I am passionate about reading and writing. I also really admired the English language arts teachers I had growing up and going through the Hammonton School District.
