Blue Mountain
Blue Mountain is in Palmerton, Pennsylvania. They have 40 different trails. Kenzie Edwards, a skier, says “This winter I have been skiing a lot, at least once a week. My favorite mountain to go to is Blue Mountain. With 40 different trails and being one of the highest mountains, in my opinion, it’s the best in PA. I make the 2 hour drive a lot, but it’s worth it, getting to ski and snowboard with all of my friends. Blue mountain has so many options and different terrains, it makes the day on the slopes even better”. Blue Mountain is a fan favorite for a lot of people.

Elk Mountain
Elk Mountain is in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. They have 27 different trails. Mia Bullaro, a snowboarder, says “I love snowboarding because it’s such an adrenaline rush and this year my skill has really improved a lot. I like checking out new mountains all the time but Elk is by far my favorite so far. The ski lifts are super long and the views are so pretty on them. There are so many different trails which gives me an option whether I wanna hit some jumps, take a nice scenic route, or tear up a black diamond. There’s also a hidden cliff jump in the woods that was super fun. It’s three hours away from home but it’s definitely worth the drive. I spent 12 hours there and was sad when it was time to leave. The snow was perfect all day and it never even got icy”.

Montage Mountain
Montage Mountain is in Scranton, Pennsylvania. They have 26 different trails. Kendall Stansbury, a skier, says “Montage is a fun mountain to take a trip to with friends and family. There is a variety of greens, blues, blacks, and terrain parks so people could do whatever they wanted. I loved how many fun trails there was to go through to make it a little more challenging and fun for yourself.” It is such a fun time, and they have great food to get once you start getting hungry! There are private tent rentals, fire pits, and live music.

Jack Frost Big Boulder Mountain

They had 3 greens 2 blues and 4 blacks and 6 terrain parks. Overall I would say it was a good small mountain to go to.” It was so cool to ski there at night time!

Bear Creek Mountain
