Ms.Tripepi attended high school in Cosenza, located in Southern Italy. She attended university in both Cosenza and Rome and holds a Masters of Translation. Prior to HHS, she has taught at Rowan University and Camden County College. She teaches CP Italian 1 and CP Italian 2.

One challenging thing about teaching that I didn’t realize when I started was … how challenging it can be to manage student behavior.

What I enjoy the most about teaching is… teaching my language and my culture. When I work with motivated students, I enjoy seeing their progress. I also learn a lot from them.

My biggest pet peeve is… when someone makes noise while eating.

One talent or hobby that I have is… I play the drums, piano, and the guitar. I am also a singer and songwriter.

I get inspired by… strong, tough women. I love the character Olivia Pope on the show Scandal.

What I love about my subject area is… all the interesting things in the Italian culture, from our healthcare system to our education system, among other things.
