Mr. Robert H. Goldman is a science teacher here at Hammonton High School.  He graduated from Manalapan High School in 1990, and later attended Rutgers University, from which he graduated in 1994. Goldman teaches Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, although he is currently teaching Chemistry on the College Prep and general levels.

I teach because… I need to work.

Outside of school I like to… be a father.

A life dream of mine is to… capture a unicorn.

A singer or musical group that I always listen to is…  Old school or new school? Let’s go with Men at Work.

My biggest pet peeve is… Students who have ability but refuse to achieve.

[At the moment Mr. Goldman answered this question, an announcement comes on that states “Attention ALL teachers, can [ another teacher] call the office please? and he responded, “Why do all teachers have to pay attention to that? Cross off everything I just said, I hate stupid announcements.”]

The best thing on TV is… Breaking Bad was pretty good, but that’s off now, so I guess sports.  I like watching sports.

One thing people generally don’t know about me is… I hated my high school chemistry teacher.

If I weren’t teaching I’d be… a chemist.

The most strange job I’ve ever had is… well, I was very young, but I sold honey.  That was pretty strange.
